Of course, it wouldn’t be a list of amazing Mexican destinations without featuring Cancun. Known as the resort capital of Mexico, those who seek luxury will often be found here, in one of the all-inclusive resorts or timeshares. However, if you wander a little further out into the city you will be greeted by locals going about their daily lives. Here the prices are cheaper and the food is more authentic so it is certainly worth a trip out of the hotel or resort bubble once or twice!
As you can see, there are so many different parts of Mexico, each offering something a little different. Make sure you do your research before you book to ensure you’re getting exactly what you want — whether it’s culture and great food, or a stunning beach and wild nightlife. Where would you recommend in Mexico? Or where would you most like to visit from our list? Let us know in the comments!
